⚡ PoGO Friends
One tap = a fresh, unused Pokémon GO friend code on your clipboard.
Never the same code twice.
🌍 Live from the trainer world
🤝 Add your own code — get friend requests back
Your country is detected automatically — your code flies your flag on the map above, and holds a front-of-queue slot until it has reached 50 trainers.
What is trainercodes.app?
trainercodes.app is a free tool that copies a fresh, unused Pokémon GO friend code to your clipboard with one tap. It holds a live pool of 500 trainer codes from 46 countries, serves them newest-first, and remembers which ones you have already been given — so you never receive the same code twice. No account, no signup, no ad-heavy list to scroll.
How is it different from a friend code list or subreddit?
A code board shows everyone the same page, so the top codes get thousands of requests and go stale within hours. trainercodes.app hands each visitor the next unused code instead of a list, and de-duplicates per person. Right now 0 of the 500 codes in the pool were posted in the last 24 hours, and the newest code in the pool was posted 33 hours ago.
How do I add a friend in Pokémon GO with a trainer code?
- Copy a 12-digit code (one tap on this page).
- In Pokémon GO, open your profile, choose Friends, then Add Friend.
- Paste the code and send the request.
- Open a gift and send one back daily — friendship level rises after each day you interact.
Trainer codes are public by design: players share them precisely to receive friend requests. A code lets someone send you a request — nothing more. It gives no access to your account, and you can decline or remove any friend at any time.
Why bother adding friends at all?
Friendship level-ups are the single biggest XP payout in Pokémon GO — up to 100,000 XP at Best Friends, doubled with a Lucky Egg. Friends also send gifts (Poké Balls and 7 km eggs), unlock Lucky trades once you become Lucky Friends, and friends abroad grant the postcard-based Vivillon patterns you cannot get at home.
Which countries can I get codes from?
The pool currently covers 46 countries, led by 🇰🇷 South Korea (98), 🇯🇵 Japan (97), 🇺🇸 United States (78), 🇵🇱 Poland (17), 🇳🇱 Netherlands (17) and 🇩🇪 Germany (16). Japanese and Korean codes are the hard ones to find on Western boards — this pool is seeded from local boards as well, which is why they are here. You can also browse friend codes by country if you are hunting a specific Vivillon region.
Is it free, and what are the limits?
Yes. Everyone gets a batch of 20 fresh codes per day at no cost, with no account. The limit exists to keep the pool fresh for everybody rather than to sell you anything. Submitting your own code is free — it goes straight to the front of the queue and stays there until it has reached 50 trainers, so it gets real friend requests before it rotates back into the pool.
Live pool figures on this page are generated on every request. Last updated Thu, 10 Sep 2026 04:39:21 GMT.
